Codes of Practice

This page lists Approved Codes of Practice
and other guidance documents from official bodies.

These give guidance on the discrimination legislation but do not, of themselves, have binding legal force. However, they may be referred to in proceedings before an employment tribunal, and failure to comply with them may be taken into account.

Documents are hosted on external websites and all links open in a new window.
